Architect

The Senior Data Scientist will combine advanced data analytics, artificial intelligence (with a strong focus on machine learning and large language models), and visualization expertise with a strong scientific mindset to deliver scalable, data driven solutions to the business.
Working within a dedicated data and analytics team, the role requires hands on experience in building production grade AI/ML and GenAI solutions, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent based AI systems, leveraging both on premise and cloud platforms (primarily Microsoft Azure).
Depending on project needs, the Senior Data Scientist will engage in one or more of the following activities. 

•  Use Python based data science and machine learning frameworks to analyse, cleanse, transform, and enrich structured, semi structured, and unstructured data for consumption by AI/ML and GenAI models.
•  Design, develop, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and LLM based solutions, including RAG pipelines using vector databases and knowledge graphs.
•  Build and maintain LLM applications using modern frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex or equivalent) and integrate them with enterprise data sources.
•  Develop Agentic AI workflows that autonomously reason, plan, and execute tasks to solve complex business problems.
•  Leverage Redis for caching, vector similarity search, and low latency AI application performance.
•  Design and implement knowledge-based solutions using Neo4j to enhance reasoning, inference, and contextual retrieval for AI systems.
•  Develop and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices using Flask (or similar frameworks) to operationalize AI/ML and LLM services.
•  Collaborate with software engineers and cloud teams to deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure, utilizing services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
•  Integrate AI services securely using Azure API Management (APIM), ensuring scalability, governance, authentication, and monitoring.
