Associate Architect

The Storage & Backup Administrator ensures the daily operational health and reliability of the data storage and protection platforms. This role spans monitoring, provisioning, and troubleshooting across a diverse multi-vendor environment (Pure, Dell, Rubrik).
Key Responsibilities
•    Storage Operations: Perform daily health and capacity monitoring for Pure, Dell EMC, and Infinidat; handle LUN/Volume provisioning and host mapping.
•    Backup Operations: Monitor Rubrik backup jobs, perform file/VM restores, and ensure adherence to backup SLAs.
•    DR Readiness: Validate snapshots, replication, and support periodic DR testing exercises.
•    Cloud Support: Manage cloud storage/backup usage and alert reviews within Azure and GCP.
•    Troubleshooting: Resolve L2/L3 issues related to access failures, latency alerts, and hardware warnings.
•    Reporting & Governance: Generate daily/weekly compliance reports and maintain updated runbooks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•    Tooling: Proficiency in Rubrik, Pure Storage, and Dell EMC management consoles.
•    Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret capacity trends and performance alerts.
