Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Refined):
Analyze and document end-to-end costing processes (materials, labor, overhead, supply chain).
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and finance teams to define accurate costing models and specs.
Align costing strategies with business and operational goals.
Support functional configurations and improvements in ERP or pricing platforms.
Drive costing process standardization and continuous improvement using Lean principles.
Prepare business process documentation, functional specs, and test cases for costing initiatives.

Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Manufacturing, and SCM teams. validation, and deployment of costing-related solutions.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of product costing processes (standard, actual, and activity-based costing).
Functional understanding of ERP costing modules (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
Process improvement mindset with exposure to Lean or Six Sigma.
Skills in business process documentation and tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Manufacturing, and SCM teams.

Key Responsibilities:-
 Analyze,document, and improve end-to-end costing processes, covering materials, labor, overheads, and supply chain impacts., 
Collaborate with product and process design teams to define Design Specs and Lean Specs that support accurate and optimized cost modeling Costing process. ,
Work with stakeholders from Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to align costing strategies with knowledge(Including operational goals., 
Support system configurations and functional design related to costing in ERP or pricing platforms.,
Drive process standardization and recommend improvements using Lean principles.
Develop functional documentation, process flows, and business requirements for costing initiatives. 
Assist in testing, validation, and implementation of costing solutions in business systems.

Nice to Have:-
Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP oracle) in a costing or Manufacturing module.
Knowledge of lean Manufacturing or Six sigma methodologies. 
Familiarity  with tools for process modeling and documentation (e.g., Visio, lucid chart).
