1. Account Growth & Revenue Ownership

  • Own P&L and revenue targets for assigned accounts
  • Drive account mining and farming strategies
  • Identify and convert upsell / cross-sell opportunities
  • Build multi-year account growth roadmaps

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders
  • Build CXO-level relationships
  • Ensure high client satisfaction (CSAT) and retention
  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs / MBRs)

3. Business Development

  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with sales/pre-sales teams for:
  • RFP responses
  • Solution positioning
  • Drive deal closures and contract negotiations

4. Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor Account Managers / Delivery Leads
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (HR, Finance, Delivery, Sales)
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals

5. Governance & Reporting

  • Track and report Revenue performance, Pipeline & forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies
