Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
•    Act as the third line of support for DevOps-related issues and cloud infrastructure.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to CI/CD pipelines, AWS services and Linux systems.
•    Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of applications.
•    Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and reliability.
•    Maintain and enhance infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
•    Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
•    Ensure security and compliance across cloud environments.
•    Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities.
•    Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    7+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Support roles.
•    Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
•    Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
•    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
•    Ability to coordinate across teams, client and manage escalations effectively.
•    Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services.
•    Proficiency in Linux system administration.
•    Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Praometheus, Grafana).
•    Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, Load Balancers, Firewalls).
•    Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
•    Strong scripting skills would be additional advantage.
