Job Description
We are hiring an AMS Application Support Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft .NET technologies to support and maintain enterprise applications. The role involves production support, issue resolution, and minor enhancements in a stable AMS environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 application support for .NET-based applications
Analyze and resolve production issues and defects
Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
Work on minor enhancements and bug fixes
Support and optimize SQL Server database objects
Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution, patches, and upgrades
Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes
Coordinate with business, QA, and infrastructure teams
