Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of server-side development, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for building high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
•    Architect and optimize microservices for maximum performance and scalability.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
•    Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in coding and architecture.
•    Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
•    Implement security measures and data protection strategies in application design.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
•    Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply them to projects

Competencies

Key Skills

5+ years of experience in Node.js development or similar role.
•    Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with deep knowledge of Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express, Koa).
•    Extensive experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
•    Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services.
•    Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
•    Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
