Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Manufacturing Functional Consultant to support and enhance end-to-end manufacturing processes. The role involves implementation, support, enhancements, and close interaction with business users across Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules. Should have minimum 2 implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules:
    • Bills of Material (BOM)
    • Work in Process (WIP)
    • Cost Management (CST)
    • Inventory (INV)
  • Support discrete manufacturing processes including:
    • Work order creation and completion
    • Material issue and return
    • Resource and overhead costing
  • Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process integration with:
    • Payables (AP)
    • Inventory (INV)
    • Receiving (RCV)
  • Support Order-to-Cash (OTC) process integration with:
    • Shipping / Inventory (INV, WSH)
    • Receivable (AR)
    • Inventory (INV)
    • Cash Application
    • Order Management (OM)
  • Configure BOMs, routings, work definitions, and WIP parameters
  • Support manufacturing accounting and costing flows
  • Analyze and resolve production and costing-related issues
  • Coordinate with SCM and Finance teams for end-to-end process alignment
  • Prepare functional requirement documents and functional specifications
  • Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support
  • Handle production support tickets and escalations
  • Provide end-user training and documentation

 

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in Oracle EBS Manufacturing (BOM, WIP, CST, INV)
  • Good understanding of manufacturing and costing processes
  • Good understanding of P2P and OTC cycle
  • Experience in implementation and/or production support
  • Knowledge of WIP accounting, period close, and reconciliations
  • Ability to analyze cross-module issues
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
