Job Description
"• Salesforce Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting)
• SAP SD/MM/CRM exposure (basic to intermediate)
• Functional Process Expertise (Lead → Order → Billing)
• Advanced Reporting & Analytics (CRM + SAP combined)
• Territory & Capacity Planning
• Data Governance & Sales Operations Strategy
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain
• Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and SAP Sales modules to support pipeline forecasting, revenue planning, and end-to-end sales operations.
• Create and optimize dashboards, sales reports, forecasting models, and KPI metrics across Salesforce and SAP datasets.
• Work with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to align lead management, opportunity lifecycle, order booking, and fulfilment processes.
• Perform functional analysis to improve sales workflows, integrating CRM and SAP processes (Lead → Opportunity → Order → Delivery).
• Drive CRM data quality, SAP master data alignment, and sales governance frameworks across business teams.
• Provide insights on market performance, territory planning, quota setting, and demand forecasting.
• Train sales teams on Salesforce + SAP processes, maintain documentation, and support adoption across global teams."
