Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect enterprise-level applications using Java/J2EE technologies

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of WMS solutions

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical designs

  • Define system architecture, integration strategy, and deployment models

  • Drive best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security

  • Lead technical reviews, code reviews, and architectural governance

  • Handle integrations with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), third-party logistics, and external vendors

  • Provide technical leadership to development and support teams

  • Manage solution scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery planning

Technical Skills Required:

Core Java Stack:

  • Core Java, Java 8+

  • Spring Boot / Spring MVC

  • Hibernate / JPA

  • RESTful Web Services / Microservices architecture

  • JMS / Kafka (preferred)

  • Multithreading & Performance tuning

WMS Expertise:

  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems

  • Experience in WMS configuration, customization & implementation

  • Understanding of warehouse processes – inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory management

  • Integration with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Manhattan/JDA preferred)

Database & Tools:

  • Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL

  • SQL & Performance tuning
