"Required Skills & Qualifications
•    Experience: Minimum 15 years in IT Service Management roles.
•    Certifications: 
o    ITIL v3 Expert or Intermediate level.
o    ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader.
•    Expertise in: 
o    Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management.
o    Service Catalog, CMDB, and Configuration Management.
•    Strong knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, etc.).
•    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
•    Proven ability to lead process transformation and optimization initiatives"
