Job Description

Program & Portfolio Delivery

Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex portfolios across Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud (Public/Private/Hybrid), Digital and AI initiatives

Lead programs from initiation to closure, including requirement analysis, architecture, engineering, migration, operations, and transformation

Define and execute delivery strategy, roadmaps, and operating models aligned to enterprise business objectives

Drive delivery using Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and ITIL methodologies

Cloud & Digital Transformation

Lead and govern cloud migration and modernization programs (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Rearchitect, Repurchase)

Manage multi-cloud environments including Azure, AWS, GCP, and private cloud platforms

Enable automation, standardization, DevOps, and AI/ML use cases across delivery portfolios

Drive modernization initiatives such as data center migrations, decommissioning, platform upgrades, and digital enablement

Service Delivery & Operations

Manage 24×7 global service delivery and operations for Applications, Infra, and Cloud platforms

Oversee ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, Backup & Recovery, Identity & Access Management

Lead Major Incident (MI) and Situation (SIT) management, including RCA and CSI initiatives

Ensure SLA, KPI, and customer experience targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Stakeholder & Executive Management

Act as a trusted advisor to customers, sponsors, and C-level stakeholders

Provide executive reporting using tools such as MS Project, Jira, dashboards, and governance forums

Lead MBRs, QBRs, steering committees, and executive reviews

People Leadership

Lead and mentor large, multi-disciplinary global teams (delivery managers, architects, engineers, PMs, QA, ops)

Own recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, coaching, and succession planning

Foster a culture of agility, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience
Experience

~18–20+ years of experience in IT Delivery, Program & Portfolio Management

Proven leadership across Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, and Digital platforms

Experience managing large global teams and multi-million-dollar portfolios

Strong background in enterprise customers across industries (Healthcare, Energy, Aviation, Manufacturing, etc.)

Technical & Domain Skills

Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP, Private Cloud

DevOps & Automation: Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, CI/CD

ITSM Tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, HP SM, CA SDM

Enterprise Technologies: Middleware, Web, Databases, Microservices, Mobile Platforms

Security & Compliance: ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, FDA
