Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles
Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
Drive Agile maturity across teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs
Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint progress
Manage dependencies across multiple teams and ensure alignment
Act as a servant leader to development teams and foster self-organization
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely delivery
Support scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or similar) if applicable
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years as a Scrum Master
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban
Experience managing multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
Proven ability to drive Agile transformations and improvements
