Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for Primavera P6 and other Primavera

applications.

• Lead implementation, configuration, and integration of Primavera with other enterprise

systems (ERP, SAP, BI tools, etc.).

• Provide expertise in project scheduling, resource planning, cost control, and earned

value management (EVM).

• Partner with PMO, Project Managers, and Planners to define scheduling standards,

reporting structures, and governance practices.

• Conduct user training, mentoring, and support to ensure adoption and best practices in

Primavera usage.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support project and

portfolio performance visibility.

• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate upgrades, and manage system enhancements in

collaboration with IT teams.

• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, industry standards, and security

policies.

• Evaluate and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and

Primavera-related tools to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (EPPM & PPM modules).

• Deep knowledge of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and resource/cost

management.

• Experience integrating Primavera with enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS,

Power BI, MS Project Server).
• Proficiency in reporting tools (BI Publisher, SQL, or similar) for custom reports and

dashboards.

• Ability to translate complex project management needs into system configurations and

workflows.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related

field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Primavera P6 or related Oracle Primavera solutions.

• Knowledge of Primavera Unifier, Primavera Risk Analysis, or other modules.

• Familiarity with construction, engineering, oil & gas, or large-scale infrastructure

projects.

• Understanding of PMI, PRINCE2, or ITIL frameworks.

• Experience supporting multi-site, enterprise-wide Primavera deployments.
