Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Configure and customize ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.

  • Implement and support ITOM solutions such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

  • Develop and configure HRSD solutions including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and HR workflows.

  • Build ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer flows, and business rules.

  • Develop custom applications, UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Maintain and improve CMDB data quality and governance.


Required Skills

  • 5 - 7 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Strong experience in ITSM module implementation and customization.

  • Hands-on experience with ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).

  • Experience implementing HRSD (HR Case Management, HR Catalog, Employee Center).

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.

  • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

  • Experience with ServiceNow update sets and deployments..


Good to Have

  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
