Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Configure and customize ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.

Implement and support ITOM solutions such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

Develop and configure HRSD solutions including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and HR workflows.

Build ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer flows, and business rules.

Develop custom applications, UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts.

Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
-
Maintain and improve CMDB data quality and governance.
Required Skills

5 - 7 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.

Strong experience in ITSM module implementation and customization.

Hands-on experience with ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).

Experience implementing HRSD (HR Case Management, HR Catalog, Employee Center).

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.

Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

Experience with ServiceNow update sets and deployments..
Good to Have

ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
