Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of application programs and projects across business units.
Manage application lifecycle activities including implementation, upgrades, integrations, and retirements.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and success criteria.
Oversee vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines; report status to leadership.
Ensure applications comply with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within application ecosystems.
Facilitate change management and user training initiatives.

Experience managing SaaS and cloud-based applications.
Familiarity with application portfolio management tools and methodologies.
