Job Description

Windows Servers SCCM patching

Ensure timely installation of patches through SCCM and updates to maintain system security and compliance

Hardware support

Vendor co-ordination

Windows OS troubleshooting 

Perform system monitoring and ensure the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes

Citrix Operations and Troubleshooting(this is must)
