Job Description

• Create, test, and deploy software packages using SCCM and Intune.
• Develop custom scripts (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.) to automate and streamline application deployments.
• Ensure all packages are thoroughly tested in a controlled environment before deployment to production.
• Manage and maintain the SCCM and Intune environments, ensuring they are up-to-date and running efficiently.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM and Intune deployments and resolve any issues that arise.
• Perform regular health checks and maintenance tasks on SCCM and Intune infrastructure.
• Plan, schedule, and deploy patches and updates to client systems using SCCM and Intune.
• Monitor compliance and ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and software updates.
• Provide reports on patch compliance and address any gaps identified.
• Develop and manage OS images for deployment using SCCM and Intune.
• Automate the imaging process to ensure efficient and consistent deployment of operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to imaging and OS deployment.
• Provide second and third-level support for issues related to application packaging and deployment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all application packaging and deployment processes.
• Generate and analyze reports on deployment success rates, compliance, and system performance.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation for internal use.

Competencies

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.).
• Experience with Windows operating systems and software deployment best practices.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server environments.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
