• 10+ years implementing/supporting SAP PM in complex industrial environments
• 5+ years leading global AMS operations (50+ plants minimum)
• Mastery of:
• S/4HANA Asset Management including Fiori apps
• Predictive Maintenance technologies
• Advanced integration patterns with MES/EAM/CMMS
• Regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO 55000, OSHA PSM)

Certifications (Preferred):

• SAP Certified Application Associate - Plant Maintenance
• SAP S/4HANA Asset Management
• ITIL Expert
• PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt
