Job Description

· 10+ years of SAP HCM/Payroll experience, with minimum 3–5 years in ECP support.

· Strong knowledge of statutory payroll requirements and country-specific schemas for South Africa, KSA, Australia, and UK.

· Hands-on experience in resolving:

o Payroll run errors

o Posting and bank file issues

o Replication and master data mismatches

· Expertise in Employee Central to ECP with Certification

· replication via BIB.

· Familiarity with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and payroll access control.

· Good communication and client-facing experience in a global delivery model.
