Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain AWS QuickSight dashboards, analyses, and reports

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements

  • Build optimized datasets using AWS services like Athena, Redshift, RDS, S3

  • Implement row-level security (RLS) and user access controls

  • Optimize dashboard performance and manage SPICE capacity efficiently

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports

  • Automate data refresh schedules and manage data pipelines

  • Support end users with dashboard enhancements and troubleshooting

  • Document BI solutions and best practices

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS QuickSight

  • Good understanding of data modeling, joins, calculated fields, parameters

  • Experience with SQL (Athena/Redshift preferred)

  • Knowledge of AWS services: S3, Athena, Redshift, RDS, IAM

  • Experience in BI reporting and data visualization best practices

  • Ability to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights
