Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) for Oracle EBS modules.
  • Work with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement custom solutions, data conversions, and interface programs between Oracle EBS and external systems.
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and APIs.
  • Customize and extend Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflows using Oracle development tools.
  • Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging of existing applications.
  • Support EBS upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
  • Provide technical support during UAT, go-live, and post-production phases.
  • Collaborate closely with functional, DBA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Technical Skills Required:
  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 (12.1.x / 12.2.x)
  • Proficiency in:
  • SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports (6i/10g/11g)
  • AOL (Application Object Library), XML Publisher / BI Publisher
  • Oracle Workflow Builder, OAF (Oracle Application Framework)
  • Unix Shell Scripting, SQL*Loader, Interfaces and Conversions
  • Experience in integrating EBS with third-party applications using APIs / Web Services.
  • Good understanding of EBS data models (AP, AR, GL, PO, INV, OM, HRMS, etc.).
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) integration will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Version Control tools (Git, SVN) and Agile / DevOps practices preferred.
