Job Description
Role Summary
The Informatica PC & IICS Support Engineer is responsible for providing L2 production support for ETL integrations built on Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The role includes monitoring, scheduling, troubleshooting, and resolving batch and real-time integration issues using UC4 / AppWorx scheduling tools, ensuring smooth data operations across enterprise systems.
Skillset Required
- 5+ Years of experience required as an Informatica Power Centre/IICS
- 3+ years of experience required as UC4 / AppWorx / Control-M / Autosys scheduling tools.
- Very Strong Experience with Linux/UNIX and Windows Operating Systems and associated commands.
- Knowledges of Middleware concepts.
- Knowledge of writing Shell Scripts or Python.
- Knowledge of API and working knowledge on postman and other relevant tools.
- Strong knowledge of relational database design and support, including the support of large SQL based enterprise software systems.
- Very strong clients and vendor communication and inter-personal skills.
- Inter team collaboration and communication to make the job done.
- Should be able to lead the team and able to manage the client as well.
