  • Own Oracle practice strategy, P&L, revenue, margins, and growth targetsDrive GTM, presales, large deal solutioning, and executive client engagements
  • Lead delivery across Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX), OCI, Database & Middleware
  • Build and scale Oracle COE, talent, certifications, and IP/accelerators
  • Manage Oracle alliance, joint GTM, and partner compliance
  • Act as CXO advisor for Oracle‑led digital transformation programs
