Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Functional Consultant with strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Financials modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, support, enhancement, and user interaction across Oracle EBS Finance applications. Should have minimum 2 implementation experience.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, support, and enhance Oracle EBS Financial modules:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Advance Collections (AC)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Ledger Architecture (LA)
    • Expense
    • Cash Management (CM)
    • Budget
    • Final Accounting Handler (FAH)
  • Configure and maintain Chart of Accounts, Calendars, and Ledgers
  • Work extensively with Subledger Accounting (SLA / FAH)
  • Perform functional setups, testing (SIT/UAT), and documentation
  • Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities
  • Troubleshoot accounting and reconciliation issues
  • Coordinate with technical teams for:
    • Reports
    • Interfaces
    • Customizations
  • Prepare functional specifications and review technical designs
  • Interact with business users and provide training and support
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance
  • Hands-on knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Advanced Collections, FA, LA, Expense, CM, Budget, FAH
  • Experience in implementation and/or production support
  • Knowledge of multi-currency, multi-org, and tax setups
  • Ability to handle critical issues and escalations
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

 

Good to Have

  • Experience with AGIS, Advanced Collections, iExpense
  • Oracle Fusion Financials knowledge
  • Basic understanding of Oracle tables and SQL
  • Experience in global implementations
