Job Description

• Implement, configure, and support SAP SD modules across project lifecycles.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Conduct workshops to gather and validate business needs.
• Map client processes and design necessary customizations to meet project objectives.
• Identify system gaps and recommend appropriate workarounds or enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues by collaborating with business users and technical teams.
• Manage highpriority change requests and transports.
• Prepare functional designs, test scenarios, and documentation.
• Provide consulting support for new implementations and ongoing support engagements.
• Deliver user training and ensure smooth adoption of SAP functionalities.
• Mentor junior team members when required.
